1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using wapro.link (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

wapro.link provides WhatsApp-first link shortening and smart routing (Links, Smart Links), guided forms (Forms), bio pages (Multilink), click analytics, and custom-domain hosting for those features. wapro.link is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or facilitate WhatsApp policy violations;
Distribute malware, phishing links, or content that's illegal in your or your recipients' jurisdiction;
Infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls; or
Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. Billing

Links are free on every account. Smart Links, Forms, Multilink, and Custom Domains are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe (card payments) or AurPay (cryptocurrency), as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; canceling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period unless required by law.

6. Data and analytics

The Service records click and scan events for links you create (timestamp, referral source, and technical details like IP address and user agent) so you can see analytics for your own links. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, wapro.link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law.

10. Governing law
